Nick Stoffregen Principal
Nick joined Elsewhere Partners in 2018. Previously, Nick was a Senior Associate at Serent Capital where he focused on deal origination, due diligence, and value creation initiatives for high growth software companies. Nick executed several add-on acquisitions while working closely with the executive teams of his portfolio companies, which included Commissions Inc., Mercury Network, Next Gear Solutions and Real Green Systems. Prior to Serent, Nick was a management consultant at Bain & Company in Chicago where he helped private equity clients assess new investment opportunities, create business plans, and drive value creation post-acquisition.
Nick received his BS in Finance and International Business from Indiana University where he graduated summa cum laude and studied abroad in India, Russia, and Spain.
